If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require two business day's notice.
Fees apply for cancellations made within two business day's prior to your appointment.
The cancellation fees are:
Less than one business day's notice - Full fee
Between one to two business days' notice - 50% of fee

As a patient of Mind + Gut, you consent to paying your invoice via STRIPE.
Like a direct debit, your fee payments are processed automatically on the day of your appointment from the nominated credit/debit card provided by you and stored electronically on STRIPE. When payment is processed you receive a receipt of payment.
You authorise Mind + Gut to securely store your debit/credit card on STRIPE and debit payments from your stored debit/credit card when you are provided with a service from Mind + Gut or cancel an appointment outside our cancellation policy.
You acknowledge Mind + Gut will appear on your bank statement. You acknowledge you are personally liable for fees if third-party funders do not cover the service you use. You understand that STRIPE PTY LTD Terms and Conditions can be found on their website.
We use Cliniko to schedule appointments. Cliniko does not store your credit card details. All credit card information will be stored by STRIPE only. STRIPE encrypts all card numbers on disk with AES-256 encryption and stores decryption keys on separate machines. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider – Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
