Nicole Vaughan

Nicole is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Senior Clinical Dietitian in a large quaternary hospital in Melbourne. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Psychology) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Monash University.

Nicole provides nutritional care for patients with gastrointestinal conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and those undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. This has provided her with extensive experience managing complex and specialised medical conditions. She has a keen interest in the role of nutrition in liver disease and cancer, and contributes to research in this area.

Her approach is practical, personalised, non-judgmental and focused on achieving sustainable long-term outcomes.
